How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once in transit, expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI).
How can I track my sauna or cold plunge order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your delivery status in real time through the carrier's website.
What is your return policy for saunas and cold plunges?
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we will walk you through the return or exchange process step by step.
Can I exchange my sauna for a different model?
Yes, exchanges are available for unused products still in their original packaging. Reach out to our team with your order number, and we will help you find the right fit for your space.
What is the difference between an infrared sauna and a traditional sauna?
Infrared saunas use radiant heat panels to warm the body directly at lower ambient temperatures. Traditional saunas heat the air inside the cabin using a stove or heater, creating a higher-temperature experience with the option of adding steam.
How much space do I need for a barrel sauna or cold plunge?
Barrel saunas typically need a flat, level surface with at least two feet of clearance on all sides for ventilation and access. Cold plunges are more compact but still require a sturdy, level foundation and proximity to a water source and drainage.
Do you charge sales tax?
